Kalgoorlie Central Carpark Shade

Kalgoorlie Central Carpark Shade project was to develop a strong, yet open set of shade sails for the central WA town.

The simple Y-shape design was developed both for its aesthetics as well as to minimise any obstructions protruding over drive isles for over height and service vehicles. The Liner Edge design provide added strength, while the interior open sections allow cooling breezes to filter through the carpark.

Built in a region more prone to hot temperatures rather than heavy rainfall, the HPDE shade mesh is designed to provide shade and block UV rays without fully covering the parking bays.
