The Clayton Bowling Green Canopy project will enable the Club to offer the community a wider scope of undercover activities and also provide a world-standard green for social and competition bowls all year round.
The size of the membrane (roof) is 43m x 41m (approximately). The canopy edge height is approximately 3.2m and rises to a top of canopy height of approximately 8.5m.

MakMax has designed and developed a unique one-of-a-kind Bowling Green Canopy for Chadstone Bowls Club as part of the Stonington Council’s revival of the Percy Treyvaud Memorial Park sporting facilities.

The new state-of-the-art nest for the Chadstone Eagles welcomed the flock back home at the end of October 2023, and MakMax looks forward to supporting the club for many successful seasons to come.

City Of Geelong Bowls Club

City of Geelong Bowls Club

The only club in the Geelong region with a full-cover bowling green canopy over one of its greens, the City of Geelong Bowls Club grew out of a merger between two of Geelong’s oldest clubs, Geelong West and Drumcondra.

Installed in 2018, the 1950 sqm PTFE bowling green canopy has created a fantastic facility for the City of Geelong club members.
